Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet specific requirements to qualify for the affordable rental units at Union 346. Individuals with a financial interest in the development, as well as their families, are not eligible. Disabled persons are entitled to request reasonable accommodations of rules, policies, or services, or to request a reasonable modification of the housing.

Income Eligibility

To be eligible for an affordable unit at Union 346, an applicant's annual income, including income derived from assets, must be within the guidelines listed below. For a detailed definition of income and assets, please contact us. 

Maximum Income

Eligible applicants must have a combined annual household income from all sources, for all income-earning members of the household, not exceeding 80% of the area median income (AMI), as defined by HUD and adjusted for household size.
